Training Programs
We have been training water and wastewater operators at Long Water Management across Arizona, Nevada, and the southern part of California for over seven years. Our staff has extensive knowledge of diverse water and wastewater treatment, distribution, and collection methods, which we have included in our training programs.
ADEQ Operator Certification Test
Our lead trainer is well-trained in all water and wastewater disciplines and has over 10 years of teaching experience and 15 years of operational experience. We take immense pride in stating that 91% of students who attended our Operator Certification Training passed the ADEQ certification test with an average passing score of 84%.

Jason Long (Owner)
Jason has over 20+ years of experience working in the environmental industry and has Degrees in Environmental Engineering, Microbiology, and Chemistry. He and his entire team are certified through ADEQ in water treatment/distribution and wastewater treatment/collections and certified by ABPA for backflow prevention testing and repair. Long Water Management's very own instructor, Nathan Long, teaches safety classes and certifies the new generation of water and wastewater operators all over Arizona.
